Flinders Lane & Melbourne Airport

Brunetti is on a mission to bring the Italian “caffe’ al bar” lifestyle to Melbourne. A concept that originated in the Italian hub of Lygon Street and has since expanded to Flinders Lane in Melbourne and Melbourne Airport.

Prima is proud to have supplied custom architectural joinery to the Flinders Lane and Melbourne Airport Brunetti locations, a testiment to our ability to meet the bespoke project needs to a high quality finish.

The expansion starts with Flinders Lane, where the humble ethos of Brunetti resulted in a fitout steeped in Italian traditions as patrons have come to know and love. The interior features a mixed palette of premium materials such as natural stone, striking geometries and high-end joinery by Prima; directing the eye toward the selection of cakes, pastries and other gastronomic delights.

Similarly, the Brunetti at Melbourne Airport draws patrons in and away from the hustle and bustle of a busy airport terminal. Prima Architectural produced the large black metalwork screen wrapped in green vines that leads to an imported bar from Italy, a talking point and symbol of authenticity.
