About This Project

RMIT School of Fashion & Textiles – custom furniture

Schiavello Construction and architect Spowers worked together to revitalise an unused RMIT building on Swanston Street in Melbourne, transforming it into an inspiring and functional space for the School of Fashion and Textiles. This comprised brand new classrooms for which Prima Architectural custom fabricated a total of 23 five-metre heavy-duty workbenches meeting highly specific criteria and produced and transported in a short time frame.
